A project manager is appointed for all commissions, to liaise with the client, prepare material proposals, and supervise production and installation

To assist contractors, architects, designers and final clients, Semarble provides a consultancy service for design, stone selection, building contractor interface, installation methods and maintenance management
COST ESTIMATE
Semarble helps the general contractor to define the cost of the stone package and assists the final client to experiment with different designs and stone solutions before committing to an order

Material supply
Semarble supplies slabs of the best quality STONE materials, including marble, onyx, granite, travertine, limestone and conglomerate from Italy and worldwide.
SELECTION
Semarble can advise the best material option, with an eye to quality and budget. Before shipment, high quality images of the chosen slabs will be supplied by email. Alternatively, in case of major orders, visits to the yard or quarry can be arranged
DELIVERY
Semarble supports the client with all the technical information required and offers a logistics service for delivery

DESIGN RENDERING
To help you visualise the end result of the project, Semarble creates 3D computer generated images with life-like textures of the stones
ENGINEERING & TECHNICAL DRAWINGS
The designers at Semarble work from the architectural drawings to produce executive elevations, plans and section details of all aspects of the stone package, including the design of any mechanical fixing that may be required.
PRODUCTION
Semarble employs skilled stonemasons and is equipped with all the necessary machines for producing your bespoke design, from custom book-matched panels to the most intricate geometric inlay floors.
DRY-LAY, PACKAGING & DELIVERY
After production, Semarble will dry-lay all the crafted panels to allow the client to confirm that they respond to his initial requirements. After approval the panels are packaged and delivered
INSTALLATION
The installation team from Semarble will carefully examine the drawings, order the specified fixing materials and cooperate with the general contractor to ensure the best final quality while fully respecting safety standards.
CLEANING & RESTORATION
As each type of stone has unique properties, Semarble employs a scientific approach, ensuring that the appropriate techniques and products are used
CLEANING
Semarble runs tests to identify the issue and select the right products to use. It then proceeds with the on site treatment
